Peacefully at The Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Wednesday June 30th in her 61st year. A long time resident of Colborne and then Cobourg, Jean was a lady with a heart of gold. Although Jean was controversially straightforward and honest, she was a lady who would help anyone their time of need. She will be missed and remembered by Tammal, Little One & her many friends. A graveside service will be held at Colborne Union Cemetery on Tuesday July 27th at 3 p.m. A reception and a celebration of Jean’s life will follow the service and will be held at 66 King St. E., Cobourg.
